Panini is getting it, sort of…

Just in on the Official Panini Blog, you can see the new announcement about the upcoming NFL Prestige set.

If you remember, I was quite upset about the initial previews for these as they look blend and lifeless to me. But now, Panini is trying to shift the ship back on the good track with these SP Draft Day Variations for the Rookie base set.

Upper Deck did a wonderful job with their Flagship set of hockey this year with Retro Rookie Variation and Panini was aware of the move as they are announcing these at a rate of approximatively 1 per box for the variation.

This is a good thing for collectors as they will not have something to chase and it’s a great thing for flippers who can expect some more value out of their box.

Thumbs Up Panini! I like to point out your bad moves but this one is definitively a good one so we must underline it.
